Terms of Service | Meridian Route Bali Private Tour Packages

**These Terms of Service govern your use of baliprivatetourpackage.com and the Meridian Route Bali concierge booking service. In short: we arrange private, per-car Bali land tours through vetted licensed partners, all quotes are subject to written confirmation, prices are dated and can change, and nothing on this site is a guaranteed outcome. Read the full terms below before you book.**

Meridian Route Bali (“we”, “us”, the “Site”) is a private land-tour concierge brand published by Juara Holding Group and operated on its behalf by Bali Premium Trip. Bookings are handled directly by the reservations team via WhatsApp and email. By browsing this Site, requesting a quote, or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms set out here, current as of 2026 and subject to change.

Who are you contracting with?

Meridian Route Bali is a concierge and booking coordinator, not the owner of the vehicles or the employer of every driver-guide. Your private car, driver, and any optional licensed guide are supplied and delivered by vetted, locally licensed transport and tour partners. We coordinate the itinerary, the quote, and the point of contact; the licensed partner performs the transport service on the ground.

This distinction matters for liability, and we state it plainly rather than blur it. We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, or insurance adviser, and nothing on this Site is professional advice of that kind.

How does a quote become a confirmed booking?

Every price you see on the Site or receive in a first message is indicative only. A booking exists only when we send you a written confirmation (via WhatsApp 6281128590000 or sales@balipremiumtrip.com) that states your date, vehicle class, itinerary, service window, price, and what is included, and you accept it.

The sequence is:

  1. You enquire with your dates, group size, and the regions or sights you want (for example Uluwatu and Jimbaran in the south, Ubud and central rice terraces, Kintamani, east Bali, or a Nusa Penida land day).
  2. We return a written quote confirming vehicle class, the standard full-day window (typically 8–10 hours), inclusions, and exclusions.
  3. You confirm in writing, and we issue a booking confirmation.

Until step 3, no rate, vehicle, or time slot is reserved or guaranteed, and availability can change without notice.

How does per-car pricing work?

We price per vehicle, not per person. One fixed car price covers the whole party up to that vehicle’s capacity, so your cost per head falls as the group grows. Capacities are indicative and confirmed per booking:

Vehicle Typical capacity Common use
Sedan Up to ~4 Couples, small families
MPV Up to ~6 Families, small groups
Van Up to ~10+ Larger groups, multi-family

Indicative market rates for a private driver in Bali run roughly IDR 600,000–1,000,000 per full day (about US$40–70 as of 2026), while broader public price points across providers span roughly US$31.25 to US$150 depending on inclusions. These are examples, not offers, and never a fixed promise. Your confirmed price is the one in your written confirmation.

What a full-day charter typically includes (verify per booking): an air-conditioned car, fuel, local taxes, and hotel pickup and drop-off, with the driver commonly acting as an English-speaking guide.

What is frequently excluded or optional: attraction entrance fees, guide meals, an optional separately-licensed guide, and driver overtime beyond your booked window. We flag these before you confirm rather than after.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?

Cancellation and refund conditions are set per booking and stated in your written confirmation, because they depend on the partner supplying the vehicle and on how far ahead you cancel. As a framework:

  • Cancellation terms are quoted in writing before you confirm; you accept them at booking.
  • Refunds, where applicable, follow the partner’s stated policy and may be net of non-recoverable costs or transaction fees.
  • No-shows and same-day cancellations may not be refundable.
  • Force majeure (weather, road closures, ferry suspensions to Nusa Penida, official restrictions, or events beyond reasonable control) may require rescheduling rather than a cash refund.

We do not promise blanket free cancellation, and we will not imply one. Ask us for the exact terms attached to your quote.

What costs sit outside our quote?

Some trip costs are set by third parties and are your responsibility unless your confirmation says otherwise. As of 2026, Bali applies a tourist levy of IDR 150,000 per foreign visitor — treat this as a routine, budgetable line item, subject to change by the authorities. Planned infrastructure such as a new North Bali airport and additional toll roads, targeted for around 2028, is forward-looking planning that may later reshape routes and drive-times; we describe it as announced intent, not settled fact.

What are the limits on our liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • We act as a coordinator between you and licensed partners. Where we do not own the asset, services are arranged via vetted licensed partners, and the performing partner is responsible for the on-ground service.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timing, sighting, weather, road condition, or availability.
  • Figures, routes, and third-party rules on this Site are dated and subject to change; we are not liable for changes made by authorities, partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and any liability we do bear is limited, so far as the law allows, to the value of the booking in question.
  • Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You are responsible for your own travel insurance, valid identity and travel documents, personal belongings, and for disclosing relevant health, mobility, or safety needs before booking.

How is your personal data handled?

We process the contact and booking details you send us (name, WhatsApp number, email, travel dates, party details) only to prepare quotes, coordinate your booking with the licensed partner, and communicate with you.

We handle personal data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP, Law No. 27 of 2022). For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we recognise the expectations of the GDPR regarding lawful basis, access, correction, and erasure. To exercise any data right, or to ask what we hold, contact us at sales@balipremiumtrip.com or WhatsApp 6281128590000. A fuller explanation lives in our Privacy Policy.
